Next door to Vons is a CVS where this guy is usually sitting on the weekend with his guitar.  Sometimes he asks for money, usually not, he just accepts it if offered and otherwise just sits there playing his guitar, sometimes singing, mostly talking to people who walk by, often sort of mumbly.  Never annoying with it.

Today he was covered in paint as though a can of paint had fallen over his head and was singing "I used to write songs about brotherhood" and Brian announced "Umm he sounds like Otto from the Simpsons."  And he did.
