Keegan rocks

Today is Keegan's birthday, he's now 7.  While his mom went birthday present shopping yesterday, mom called from the car with Keegan.  He was telling me about the walk.  And how he didn't walk or run, he "scooted on his scooter" so I asked him something like "well what about your mom though she had to walk, right? Does that mean you went a little ahead of her?" and his reply "I  left her in my dust"    Then he was a little bothered, he told me they had a marching band with them for a little part of the walk, which was cool, but he felt bad as the band went with them by a bridge and a homeless man had been sleeping under than bridge and it's really not nice probably to be woken up by  a marching band so he hopes if they made too much for MS, if they ever have any "left over" maybe they'd use some to hope the homeless people too.  Brian said I should tell him about the rescue mission in Portland and how Brian still sends money to them now and then to help homeless people up there, maybe that'll make him feel less guilty they woke the guy up.

I asked him if he's still thinking about building robots when he grows up, he said yes and now he's also wondering if he can learn to build some kind of hovercraft cars but he thinks that might be harder to do.  Also he has some ideas that he thinks would make good rides for a place like Disneyland so maybe when he grows up he'll go to work for them and talk them into building a park where he lives so he can build his rides, I told him that's kind of like building robots in a way anyway, just different ones that he planned to before ;)

Then he was telling me about which Transformers he likes (I told him how Brian saw some of the set from the first movie and buys Transformers toys for himself still, heh).  Which led to him telling me he's watched some Star Wars movies, has Brian seen those, yes.   So I asked him well do you watch any Star Trek stuff, Brian likes that better than Star Wars, yes.  He asked me "I know, how about the Star Wars Family Guy, did Brian see that?"  Yes.  Keegan at first sounded excited he was into stuff Brian was.  But soon it became a competition as he said "Well then how about Shrek the Third?"  I said "Nope we haven't seen that one and I'm pretty sure Brian didn't see it away from me" to which Keegan replied "HA I saw one he didn't then".

He also wants to play the Wii with me when he comes to visit again and wants me to know he's almost beat a game where he's fighting penguins.  I awww'd and he said "Hey they're psycho ninja penguins trying to kill me". lol
