Faces

Two faces I drew this morning on the paper/pen part of my tablet while laying in bed, then coloured in Photoshop tonight while watching Ghosthunters Halloween Special (ok 1/2 watched it, 6 live hours of it is a LOT to really watch).  They're one file because I was just playing around drawing faces, so they were drawn on one piece of paper, and when my tablet imported it to a digital file, I just left them as I drew them and coloured away... I have another one I was working on with the tablet on the computer (instead of using it's paper and pen ability), but it's only about 3/4 done.


Halloween:

So at Disneyland CA Adventure I learned something.  I'm old.  I no longer have patience for teenagers who think to have fun you have to scream instead of talk and/or who think you have to run and push past people or nearly push your friends into others.   I was, by no means, a perfect teenager.  But, I wasn't a complete rude ass either.

And now, for some pics, since I'm too lazy and sore and out of it still to write a proper entry.  My Niece, the sunwheel made me think of mom, the painted street at Disney CA Adventure, Clock (best pic I could get from camera phone during the light parade), Brian trying on a Monsters Inc. hat, and Brian's finger at the giant fire extinguisher (clearly what he thinks of having his pic taken is the same as what I think of it), me with short messy blonde hair, and me with short messy purple hair (more purple than the pic but not like BRIGHT purple).

Madelyn is ok.  I guess she had some blood in her tummy, but they don't think it's anything serious according to mom.  The blood is fading and no new blood so they think she just swallowed some during the delivery. My brother, who I have had to bitch about a time or ok a few million times in his life, is being a very good daddy and is staying in the nicu with her tonight so that she's not alone.   Now to find her a nice present that isn't pink (my brother will apparently beat anyone who buys her pink) heh.

Aunt me:
Yup, I'm an aunt again according to my mom's (dejablu503) post here.  Now just to wait for pics, tomorrow hopefully.  Bit different feeling knowing they're moving to Seattle next year, I think(?) and I don't see my brother very often... with Keegan my sister lived with us, I was around Keegan his first few years of life daily.  So it's not quite as exciting but I still can't wait to see pics and am happy for them.

Sleepy sickie me:
That about says it all.  Not sure if I am catching a cold, or if it's allergies, or just MS stuff but I am beyond exhausted, have been since I woke up.  Head feels woooozy without any meds even.  *yawn*  Had new head pain I hadn't had before, and here I thought I knew all kinds by now.  Lucky for me neurologist appointment is only a few weeks away.

While I'm being lazy and only semi here, I hope you're all doing well since I'm clearly not keeping up TOO well, I almost missed my mom's post (though I did have a text message telling me the baby was about to be born anyway).
