Brian is very easygoing.  He's hard to piss off.  In the year we've had Sprint they've now pushed him so far that he's considering paying a $400 fee to break the contract and probably about $1,000 to set up with another company... At a time when he's just spent I think $1,000 or so on charity, is about to pick up my couple of hundred $$'s worth of meds, and will have two weeks off without pay for the holidays.

Sprint is not winning at the moment.  Though $400 cancellation fee on top of the other expenses may prove to be too much, Brian really has had enough of their crap.  In fact he's writing them a letter so long he doesn't think their online form can handle it and will post it online and link them to it instead.  Yes, that many complaints.

When it starts with you being charged for the set up TWICE and a year later you've not had it fixed, it's bad.  And hey, it's not Sprint's problem.  Err.. what?  That's right when you call, they tell you too bad.  They told Brian go to the local store and deal with it there.  He did.  One year later guess what?  Still not fixed.  He has proof he's been charged twice, they didn't care. 

His letter includes a line about the silver lining being the problems he's had have been spread out to about 1 per month.  Yeah, that bad.

But hey if you like bills being mailed to you AFTER they're due, great company.

I suspect there's only one of two possibilities:
1. They tell him too bad, deal with our bad (possibly illegal as they charged us TWICE and also for services we never signed up for) billing practices or pay the $400 fee
2.  They won't want to deal with him anymore / fear complaints about things like double billing that a year later isn't fixed and let him go with no fees or a lower fee for his troubles.

Did I mention, even though they charged him TWICE for our set up within like 2 weeks of setting up they sent us an  overdue notice saying we owed $2?  I had sprint years ago.  They weren't this crappy then.  But holy.  When Brian is writing rants that made me look not so wordy, it's bad.  So why today?  He's tired of it being such a hassle to pay his bill.  He tried paying online, automated phone, with a person, finally it went through with the second person, said he had some complaints... He'll have to call back.  He doesn't have time for this every time he needs to pay a bill, has an issue, etc.

I do believe my sister is getting excited.  While out shopping at Target today, I get a text msg telling me "only 5 more days!!!" (until they leave) and asking what the weather has been. 

I'm burning up, not sure why.  It was a bit warm outside but even when inside I'm just hot and sweaty and miserable.  Brian thinks it's a fever because it's not THAT hot, it's been hotter than this lately and I didn't seem to stay this hot or sweaty in those higher temps.  I suppose it could be a sinus infection as I keep sneezing and my sinuses do kind of hurt. 

Oh well, once I cool myself off, somehow, I plan to clean up the bathroom or kitchen a bit, making me hot again.  I'm so smart ;)

Vonage told Brian it's probably the phone router thing.  And gave him complex directions for logging into it.  He's not thrilled.  Needless to say, still no phone.  He might leave his Treo home for me tomorrow as it gets a bit of a signal here, enough to make a phone call, where as my phone rarely gets above one bar and never has signal enough to make a phone call.  If I don't make the call within a few days, they delete my MRI order... again.

Phone = Brian gonna look at it this weekend, so I won't be able to call UCLA until Monday.  Mom if you need to get ahold of me before then, leave me voicemail on my cell or text me, since we're not sure yet why the phone isn't working and Brian doesn't wanna take the net down in the troubleshooting process until he has a day off.

Sleep = got about 6-7 hours.  But now am hot, dizzy, and feel like I'm in slow motion.  Soooo... gonna try to sleep... now... at night... when they clock is still pm.  This rarely works out, but I'm gonna try anyway since I feel like I'm half asleep anyway.

PS - the "are our bridges safe?" hysteria that surely ever local station will fuel across the country?  California won't play a part in this.  Why?  It got a 5 second blurb on our news.  Our Bridges all have a clean bill of health because we have higher standards than the rest of the country due to quake risks.  HA!

My Christmas present was Free!
We got my Christmas present, the Fusic today, for free, YaY! What another Sprint store quoted us $700 for we got for $350 (phones & activation). Basically Brian got his Treo, my Fusic, and set up fees for less than his friend paid for just the same Treo. w00t! Even though my phone was free it's pretty much my Christmas present though he said if I think of something small I want I should tell him... since you know the family is up in Oregon, no big Christmas thing... etc. Plus we'll get a Wii in January. But he'll have two small things to open from me and doesn't want me to have nothing to open on Christmas.

I was fine all day... a little unbalanced but nothing serious and then... well I can't even explain it... here's the irc log (complete with typos) of me trying to explain it to karimel731 but even this isn't a very good explanation:

So yeah that's my day. Way happy about a new phone, way booo about weird vision and head. My vision is slowly improving after a few hours of this but it's leaving me with horrible head pain. grrrrrrr! MS SUCKS! Which reminds me, I need to finish reading the MS quarterly report some of it was interesting, but that's for another day. This is long enough...
