Thanks to mom I grew up around hospitals. Nursing homes. Etc. I can't help but think of one thing. Oh how I hope that Glenn Bleck is an actor. Or isn't. Oh which to hope for? If he's as nutty and whiny in person as he is on his show? See I've had bad bad bad experiences in the medical system. But here's the thing -- the biggest douchebags are in administration. The second biggest douchebags are over-egotistical doctors. But the people down in the trenches who will actually take care of you? They're almost all good people. Unless YOU are a douchebag. Then they'll make your life hell. Trust me, a lot of hospital staff are going to be liberal types who want the system to change. Let him start ranting to them. Fun fun. Perhaps they can drug him real good. People say fun stuff when they go into surgery, I hear. Hospital staff used to like to talk about that. I bet they'll be talking about him for years to come.
Me? Believe it or not I mean it when I say I use my blog to vent all of my MS rants etc. I was an ideal patient. The nurses would ask me and mom if I knew that I could ask for stuff. I really only whine about how much pain and stuff I have on here. I'm TOO good of a patient, I never complain. It's probably my biggest downfall actually.
At least we know they can call on Jon Stewart to fill in for Glenn Beck.

I don't relate to that story at all for too many reasons to list, mainly because by party age I had a lot of responsibilities and had earned enough trust that I was treated like I was 16 instead of 6. B. Just... WTF? That party story isn't really related. Dad's gonna spank you (I think he was hinting at that) = we can go back to simpler times in America = I... What?

He always looks like he's trying to force himself to cry. I dunno, he may believe everything he says. But he's just so... fake in how he presents himself. His thoughts so scattered that they make my worst brain fog MS day look good. It's just so off. I don't understand it. Maybe he is brilliant. Brilliant people are usually mentally ill. Maybe he's just one of the two. Maybe I just don't get it and someone can explain it to me.
At least Rush, well I get it - he's angry. Shock jock. Whatever. That's always sold. But someone who flat out looks crazy, never connects the dots, etc -- I don't get that.

I think that she claimed that Tort Reform and eating wrong is why I have MS / Sarcoid and no health insurance. She's a fucking moron.
My diet is vegetarian except on the weekends. And tort reform isn't gonna lower insurance costs for people like me. I've worked in a hospital, I guarantee you I've worked with people who are true patient advocates and she's nothing like them.
Dylan Ratigan is one of the coolest people on tv lately. He's one of the only people taking on business and politicians and not taking any crap.

Michael Steele is mentally challenged. A one or two day trip to try to push for the US to get the Olympics isn't a good use of Obama's time when we're not considered the favorite and Obama is an uber popular figure world wide? Yeah you wouldn't want to use the one person who might actually get us the Olympics. that wouldn't be wise. We wouldn't want a chance at those jobs and tourism dollars, now would we? They just want to bash him for the sake of bashing him at this point. I get bashing his policies when you disagree with him but this is just friggin stupid. I though Bush was a total douche bag, but the few times he did something right -- almost never -- like AIDS funding, I said so. And pushing for our country to get the Olympics? Umm you can't even say THAT is good? Assholes.
