I'm such a Dutchie wannabe that even the graffiti on the shopping cart waiting for us at Vons knew it! Yeah, I know, Von Dutch, but they didn't put it after Vons or cross off the s on Vons so... heh. I must admit the other graffiti looks a bit different in the picture taken out in the sunlight than it did when we really tried to read it and paid attention to it in the store. In the store it looked pretty clear and to me looked like 25 ick. Brian thought it was 2Sick and that the fact the S was a 5 was a "stylistic choice". Great, l33t graffiti.

How many times do you usually re-edit posts? What is the most common reason for doing so?

Erm. That depends. On bad MS days, when I read back posts later or the next day, if I see lots of "umm that's not the word I meant to type, or why is that word there twice" kinds of things then a lot. Usually none.

A day with Brian:
Brian's Mii looks JUST like him. We tried to make a Mii that looks like me. It's impossible. But Brian's is perfect. I may just post a pic of him and his miiiii tomorrow to prove this!

We went to target and bought one of those scrubbin' bubbles auto shower cleaner thingies. I set it up and told him "after your shower you just push this button and you have 15 seconds to close the shower door then it starts cleaning." Simple, no? So he takes a shower and he comes out and announces something like "It's not a good idea to try to crack open the shower door to see what it does when it's in the middle of cleaning or you get cleaner sprayed right into your eye". Umm... yeah.

He's been wanting a digital pocketwatch, which they don't seem to make. But he found a cheap but nice looking analog one at Target. He has to relearn how to read a watch. Get to Starbucks and two women outside ask if he has the time. We both start laughing as he announces "Why yes I do" and pulls out the pocketwatch. The ladies kind of giggled too and said "Oh new watch". I told him he needs to work on the delivery as he wasn't so smooth in pulling it out of his pocket yet.

As for me:
I woke up wimpering in pain. Fun day. Lister had his paw on my hand looking at me like "are you ok?". I love my kitties. Thank you whoever came up with ThermaCare patches. Oh and this week, according to my starbucks cup my name is spelled Raymi or Ramie (he looked at me like wtf? so I told him how to spell it). Anyway, yeah I'm alive and ok aside from pain. Mostly girlie stuff but it seems to trigger other MS stuff, etc. so blech.

Orange/choco goodness + wiiiiiiiiii

Anne posted about Starbucks having Orange Creme fraps. Imagine my curiosity when I saw a Orange Mocha frap at the top of the menu today. I couldn't decide if it sounded good or weird. So, when in doubt, I try it. OMFG. It's umm like those Orange Chocolate sticks. You know the ones with a orange like jelly filling covered in chocolate. So good.

We got Wii Play which is kind of... Well I agree with most reviews, pool is fun, duck hunt kind of game is fun. But it's not a $40ish game. But it comes with a remote. It's more a bargain bin price kind of game. If it were cheaper it'd be fun for what it is, not sure I'd recommend paying full price for it though.

Mario Party 8 comes out just before Brian's Bday, so I bet if they have it when we go to WalMart after my neuro appointment, we may have that soon. Ohhh when it comes out, I'm sooooo going to get Dragon Quest Swords. Not to mention that Super Mario Galaxy game sometime this year I just might fall in love with the Wii this year.

Now, if you'll excuse me I have a hot date with my wii! Must practice at pool so I can kick Brian's ass more than just once or twice ;)

Wii, Mii, Familie!

Wii Wii Mii Wii
We finally got a Wii. Also got 4 games. 2 I have tried = WarioWare and Elebits. 2 I have not tried = Wii Sports and Zelda. Elebits was fun though. WarioWare is just... erm.... odd.

Me:
I haven't been feeling well the last 2-3 days. It has me sleeping at almost normal hours. This would usually be good except I have that appointment EARLY Thursday morning. I predict a very sleepy and sick kind of week.

Family:
Ermm... I... blah... not now, need to lay down. But it's about as bad as it can get at the moment *big sigh*

wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Wiiiiiiii Wiiiiiiiiii Wiiiiiiiii all the way... well not home! FYI, there don't appear to be any Wiiiiiiiis in Los Angeles, not in the big chain stores, not in local game stores, not anywhere! There was however one controller, which we now own. Ohh and one store did have controllers imported from Japan. Estimates on new shipments range from "they don't tell us", "They're random", "January", and "this weekend". We were, however, told we could easily buy a PS3 for a lot more money, pass. Sony vs Nintendo = do I even need to explain who wins?
